Emerging Markets Targeted Search Services

The Emerging Markets Targeted Search Program expands the reach of the highly successful Targeted Search Program, which the J. H. Chapman Group pioneered over 25 years ago. This new Program responds to multinational food company clients’ comments regarding the difficulty of acquiring middle-market food companies in developing countries. The Program also has significant benefits for smaller clients with strategic objectives of international growth.  Chapman developed this comprehensive Program for nine of today’s key emerging markets: India, China, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Spain, and Turkey.

The acquisition process in emerging market countries is more complex than in developed countries such as the U.S., Canada, Europe, and others due to:
