  • Personally contact each candidate. We speak with each owner/candidate personally, relaying your acquisition objectives and communicating the benefits of joining businesses. We visit their operations to uncover facts and form observations unobtainable without such a visit.

  • Screen responses and select target candidates. Fully evaluating strategic fit, J.H. Chapman Group principals provide valuation input and help structure your offers.

  • Evaluate the terms being negotiated and represent you to the seller. This is where J. H. Chapman Group’s extensive knowledge base and unmatched track record of successful negotiations come together to enable you reach your objectives.
