Health and Nutrition Industry 2008 Census
Trends in Mergers & Acquisitions

The year-end 2008 Health and Nutrition Census indicates that activity in the first half of 2008 was largely consistent with that of 2007, but with noticeable slow-down in the final quarter of 2008 which will continue into 2009.
In view of the increasing interest in health and nutrition from participants in the food sector, we are taking the liberty of forwarding this announcement.
