Health and Nutrition Industry 2011 Census
Trends in Mergers & Acquisitions
Despite the seemingly stumbling market, improvement in the equity market and middle market deal activity continues to grow albeit at a slower pace. It appears that 2011 may set as good a record as 2010 for the Health and Nutrition Industry.
The largest category continues to be Healthy, Natural, Organic and Functional Foods and Beverages, which grew by 50%, followed by Health & Nutrition Ingredients Suppliers and OTC & Natural Personal Care Products.
