J.H. CHAPMAN GROUP, L.L.C. ANNOUNCES THE FORMATION OF MAYA'S & CO. FOODS, LLC AND LICENSE OF SECRET DOUGH TECHNOLOGY
Chicago, IL (March 9, 2006) The J.H. Chapman Group is pleased to announce that Maya’s Meals, LLC and Advance Food Company, Inc. have formed Maya’s & Co. Foods, LLC (“Maya’s”) for production of non-organic hand held meals and snacks for sale and distribution in North America through broad line foodservice distributors.
Maya’s has been licensed by Maya’s Meals, LLC to use its trade secret technology for sour dough that is or can be all natural, low fat, no trans fat; is machine sheetable and resheetable to a thin elastic layer, is produced using a special starter and according to a secret technology. The trade secret technology, which has long been considered impossible, uses no chemicals and has many secondary uses including, but not limited to, flat cheese breads, pierogies, samosa, hand held meals and snacks and others.
Maya’s Meals, LLC
Maya’s Meals, LLC was recently formed to hold the trade secret technology that was created by Maya Toidze, Ph.D., through seven years of research and development. Originally from the Republic of Georgia, Dr. Toidze holds a Doctorate Degree in Marketing, has extensive European experience as an advertising executive, is a gourmet chef and a pharmacist, and has developed dozens of new products that are microwaveable from frozen.

Advance Food Company is one of the leading national manufacturers of portion-controlled meat products for the foodservice industry.
