Nurture^® Advanced Oat Technologies Sold

Nurture, Inc. and its owner Striker Partners recently announced that GTC Nutrition, a business unit of Corn Products International, Inc., acquired substantially all of the assets of Nurture, Inc., with facilities at 5840 Expressway, Missoula, Montana 59808 on October 27, 2006.  The acquisition will add Nurture, Inc.'s entire product line to GTC Nutrition's ingredient portfolio, including its flagship ingredient, OatVantage™ oat bran concentrate.  The J.H. Chapman Group advised Striker Partners/Nurture, Inc. in the negotiations.
