News Release Robert Glowniak, Jr. Joins J.H. Chapman Group, L.L.C. Chicago, August 4, 2011 – J.H. Chapman Group, L.L.C. is pleased to announce that Robert Glowniak, Jr. has joined as a Principal. He will be based in J.H. Chapman's Chicago area headquarters and will focus on further strengthening the firm's position as a leading provider of strategic advisory services to the food and consumer products industries. Bob has more than 17 years of investment banking experience providing both public and private companies with strategic advice on sale and divestiture processes, strategic acquisitions and capital funding. He has executed numerous transactions in a broad range of industries including food manufacturing, processing, marketing and distribution. Bob joins J.H. Chapman from Arvon Advisors, LLC, a middle-market focused investment banking firm based in Chicago that he founded in 2009. Previously, Bob was a Managing Director with J.P. Morgan's investment banking office in Chicago, responsible for providing investment banking services to mid-corporate and middle market clients. In addition to J.P. Morgan, Bob was associated with Citigroup and with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in their investment banking activities. Prior to becoming an investment banker, Bob spent several years in the Specialty Consulting Group of the accounting firm Arthur Andersen, where he was engaged in business restructuring services as well as litigation support assignments.
