Background

Mr. Epstein was Vice President and Regional Executive Officer of Chase Commercial Corporation, the asset-based lending affiliate of Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. Earlier in his career, he was Assistant Vice President in the commercial lending division of the First National Bank of Chicago. He also held management positions at Ray-O-Vac Corporation and the Fireside Pancake House. He is majority stockholder and Chairman of Deli, Inc., a privately held international business that produces branded horticultural and gardening products.
