Jacques has 35 years of experience in international management, consulting and public accounting, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic development, business negotiation and international taxation. Mr. Wenig has assisted with the establishment of French companies in the United States and has represented American companies in European acquisitions. He also established the firm's office in Paris.

Background

Mr. Wenig founded and served as Chairman of SEFICO, a management advisory and accounting firm based in Paris. In addition, he established the first French accounting firm in the United States to serve European companies investing or operating in North America.

Education

Mr. Wenig holds a law degree from the Paris Faculty of Law and is a CPA (expert comptable diplome) and commissaire aux comptes (statutory auditor).
