Mervyn C. Phillips
Principal
Mervyn has in-depth experience in assisting both
closely held and public companies in all aspects of strategic divestitures
and acquisitions. His entrepreneurial talents and diversified background
have led him to create numerous enterprises and advise a broad range
of business owners. These endeavors have enhanced his skills and
knowledge in a wide range of strategic activities, including the
formation of several publicly held "blind pool" acquisition
companies.

Mr. Phillips served as Executive Vice President
and substantial stockholder of Griffith Laboratories, an international
