Background

Prior to joining J.H. Chapman Group in 1997, Mr. Galante served at OSI Industries, Inc. as VP of Corporate Development, and in its subsidiaries, as President of Prima Foods International, Ltd., responsible for international business development, and Vice President at Glenmark Industries, Ltd., a frozen food manufacturer, responsible for marketing and quality performance initiatives. He began his career in the United States as a manager at Viskase Corporation, a manufacturer of food packaging materials. Before moving to the U.S., Mr. Galante established and was President of the Food Ingredients Division of the Freddy Hirsch Group Pty, Ltd., a manufacturer and marketer of food ingredients and equipment. In addition, he served as Co-owner and President of Debs Vogue, a manufacturer of non-woven products serving the health care sector, and as Technical Operations Manager with Eastman Kodak (South Africa).
